Finland is deep in war hysteria. It has been fueled by the state leadership and the mainstream media. It doesn't seem to have occurred to anyone in those high circles that the flames are getting out of control - they already are.
The president of the Republic, Alexander Stubb, went to China to slander the president of our neighbor Russia. Former president Sauli Niinistö, whose obvious hostility and duplicity towards Russia was crystallized in the Cossack threat and the NATO solution driven by darkened lanterns, has continued his project. He says in the IS interview that "experts warn that a strongly hostile and rearmed Russia might test NATO. This could even be realized as a military attack on the territory of a NATO ally and an EU country".
Niinistö has always worked behind the scenes. Even now, he takes "experts" under his protection, even though he himself considers himself an expert on Russia to the extent that he has written a commissioned report on the topic for the EU.
Niinistö concretizes his threat picture: "I'm not talking about the third world war, but of course, if the weapons of Russia and NATO start talking to each other, it will be an extremely serious situation."
That is true, and Finland is doing its best to promote the realization of the threat. By joining NATO and concluding the DCA agreement with the United States, Finland registered Ukraine as the second, a border neighbor in whose territory there will be numerous bases of the military alliance and the USA, and which has not even restricted the transit of nuclear weapons in its territory.
Western military experts and diplomats repeat the question: - What would the United States do if Russia or China were to establish military bases in Canada or Mexico, near their border. Answer: The US would destroy them immediately, without warning.
Our foreign minister Elina Valtonen does not see a problem, but stated that Finland does not threaten Russia in any way. The NATO and US bases on the Russian border are not a threat to Russia, but even Valtonsen thinks they are a deterrent. The conceptual difference between threat and deterrence depends on which side of the border you look at.
In recent years, Finland has threatened itself with all-encompassing actions and decisions that cannot be undone. They concern external and internal security.
At the end of 2021, Russia presented a European "security architecture" in which its security would also be taken into account. "The West" rejected the idea, which it has accepted and implemented in its own case. Principles depend on who they apply to. In plain language, it means duplicity, which Finland has always been competent at, but now more competent than ever.

President Stubb's activities have been supplemented in many different ways. Russian property has been seized and it has been said that the confiscation authority has acted independently, as required by law. So the Finnish political leadership didn't know about the confiscation decision, and at least wasn't sympathetic to the matter? Whoever wants to believe.
It's a tease, even a small tease. The renovation of the Lenin Museum and the change of name to the Nootti Museum is a bit of a mess. It shows how deeply and widely the seeds of hatred sown by the government and the media have been planted and how well they germinate.
Prime Minister Sanna Marin's historic order to cut all ties with Russia has been implemented. The cost of the consequences is relatively as huge as the explosion of the Nord Stream pipes to Germany, where factories are closed and there is fear of a cold winter. Finland is very dependent on Germany. The basis of our economy is weakening, the debt is increasing, the so-called the dismantling of the welfare society accelerates, a new list of miserable people is born.
We are moving towards a mental and then also a physical state of emergency. Alarm bells should already be ringing day and night because of war hysteria. Valtavirtamedia's leading journalists should think about whether the line of constantly raising fear day after day is the right one. Examples of titles here:

But when their background is filled with threatening images, military exercises, preparing for war and getting used to it, a mind-numbing whole has been born. Besides, the mental rides have already started: if you don't curse Russia, you will be cursed. Freedom of thought and speech is leaving the country.
In addition to everything, the people can wonder about the attitude of the president of the republic, along with Ukraine, to the war in Gaza. When Stubb heard that Israel was passing a law banning the aid organization UNRWA, he called the decision "inappropriate." That's how sharply he criticized Israel, which continues the genocide. Did the President, as Commander-in-Chief of our Defense Forces, think that there is no reason to upset the country from which we buy David's slingshot and all the other armaments?
Israel has confirmed to the UN that the provisions of the UNWRA Act will be implemented. At the same time, it has continued to kill the Palestinians it expelled to the northern part of Gaza, with weapons, thirst and hunger. The destruction accelerates when an "inappropriate" law comes into force.

A Ukrainian-language study from 2023 criticized earlier ones for exaggerating excess deaths (epidemics, starvation, persecution, etc.). The basic error of the 2016 study by the same authors is that the raw data of the failed one-day statistical census of NL in 1937, which is supposed to be even 5% below the real one, has been used as "correct census results", and the results of the 1939 census performed with the traditional catch-up method as incorrect, unjustifiably. Now, the raw statistical data has been restored as close as possible to the real population figures, e.g. using cluster analysis and other data sources. Finding out the geographical distribution of deaths plays an important role. In a large part of Ukraine, there are almost none of them, but there are two clear black spots where there are more than ten times more deaths than normal (1.5%).
An internal passport was introduced in NL in 1932, after which a person could be a citizen of a different republic than where he lived. The nationality was agreed on the passport with the authorities of the home state. In the 1927 census, the country of residence was where you lived at the time of the census, and you could declare whatever you wanted as your nationality. The calculations measure slightly different things, but that doesn't mean that both are wrong.
The population of NL grew from 1927 million in 147 to 1939 million in 171, or by 24 million.

ONCE AGAIN, ABOUT THE NUMBER OF LOSSES DUE TO THE HOLODOMOR: EXPERT EVALUATION
The purpose of this analysis is to assess the quality of the Conclusion of the Complex Forensic Statistical and Criminalistic Examination of December 3, 2020, within the criminal case no. 22019000000000309 initiated on October 20, 2019. This assessment primarily concerns the Estimation of demographic losses due to the Holodomor of 1932 — 1933.
Methodology.
The assessment is guided by principles of impartiality, critical evaluation of the conceptual framework, data integrity, cluster analysis, and adherence to fundamental principles of demographic science.
Novelty.
For the first time, a comprehensive investigation has been conducted into the quality and accuracy of demographic loss determinations concerning the Holodomor of 1932 – 1933 within the aforementioned Conclusion of the Complex Forensic Statisti-cal and Criminalistic Examination conducted on December 3, 2020. The main results encompass an in-depth scrutiny of the accuracy and completeness of the given information regarding the demographic loss determinations in prior research, the appropriateness of terminological usage, and the sufficiency of the data base.
Furthermore, an evaluation of methodological instruments employed (sampling methodology, cluster analysis, demographic techniques) was carried out, revealing erroneous applications.
Conclusions.
A critical analysis of the Complex Forensic Statistical and Criminalistic Examination at various stages has found substantial methodological deficiencies and improper utilization of the data, evidently inclined towards an exaggeration of demographic losses attributed to the Holodomor of 1932 — 1933.

With his Cossack remark, Niinistö managed to offend both Russians and Ukrainians, because Cossack culture has prevailed in both countries. There were the Ukrainian Dnieper Cossacks and the Russian Don Cossacks. With his remark, Niinistö reveals his ignorance of Russian history, even though he pretends to be an expert!
As for threat or deterrence, I remember prof. Matti Klinge's words from 2015:
"I repeat: as long as Russia considers NATO to be its enemy, it is not enough to assure the will for peace. There is no will for peace if there is no trust. NATO and Russia do not trust each other. Bringing NATO here is therefore an anti-Russian policy. Russia will assess for itself whether NATO is dangerous for it."
I will add to my own comment: probably Niinistö meant to offend only Russians, after all, Ukraine was already under the control of the West at that time, in 2014.

CAUSES OF WAR
"What creates such hatred, what creates war?" Julian Assange said it well: "Every war started in 50 years has been a war created by the media." Zionists control the international media. The goal of the Zionists is to conquer the world and create a world government. Russia and China are obstacles, so there must be a revolution in them. World War III is needed for that. Unfortunately, Finland is once again on the wrong side.

Grossman fled to Austria, where he swam across the Danube to the sector occupied by the Russians. From there he was sent to East Germany where, according to Grossman's own account, he lived a good life until the wall came down. At first it was scarce, but no one went hungry. You couldn't be fired from the workplace, safe - albeit to the point of exaggeration.
Europe avoided the fear of red danger because there were so many reds here that it was understood that there was no need to fear them. In Finland, people knew how to laugh at the Swedish submarine prank in the 80s, which we now know was a centrally mechanized thing in the wake of which the prime minister was murdered.
But after the much-maligned socialism had left Russia, the paranoia against Russia paradoxically began to gain a foothold here as well. Russia had magical abilities to start rumors that would lead to chaos in Finland because the Finns would not know how to distinguish rumors from reality. Hybrid influence became a buzzword. No one can give examples, but it is known that it is strong. Or there are examples where Russia's non-existent electoral influence in the United States is made into the power of a kingmaker. Russia's election influence is not visible because it is so cunning, the election influence of other countries such as Israel with hundreds of millions of election funding is visible, but it does not matter.
Linkola's "For the Fatherland and the People" says: "Only through the long-term effective use of the huge propaganda machine, the press, literature, radio, television, education and so on can the people be made to believe in the necessity of fighting. And people's minds are malleable: fear can be transferred with constant, repetitive propaganda, which is done with fine, psychologically skillful means already in peacetime...".
When the president solemnly assures that he will use all his might to promote the success of the Finnish people, should the current situation be attributed to miscalculations? It is, of course, not only the fault of the president, but of the ruling class as a whole. Now, with the gambler's logic or without any logic, we continue, because it is impossible to admit that the truth has not been spoken, but that everything has actually been the opposite of what has been claimed. Or maybe the presidents, past and present, want to promote the success of the Finnish people in warfare. Maybe for them, any success other than being mentioned as a "western country", as belonging unconditionally to the West, means nothing, and on the other hand, the previous adjectives mean everything. Antti Tuuri, in his book As a guest of the Fourth Reich, told about the large amount of anti-Semitism in Germany in the 1990s and stated that attitudes rooted over a long period of time will not disappear quickly. This would also seem to be the case in Finland in relation to hatred of Russians. The Finnishness of many Finns seems to draw to a large extent from the events of the Winter and Continuation War, when "the Finn answered ten rysäs". The aforementioned Pentti Linkola suspected somewhere in his text that the relationship might be the other way around these days.
